NorCal Takedown values fairness and transparency. This Refund Policy outlines when refunds may or may not be issued.
Memberships
Membership fees are generally non-refundable, as they provide immediate access to benefits, resources, or event eligibility.
Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
Event Registrations
Refunds for event registrations may be offered if cancellation is requested before a specified cutoff date, if applicable.
No refunds will be issued for no-shows or late cancellations unless otherwise stated.
Donations
All donations are final and non-refundable, unless an error occurred during processing (such as duplicate charges).
Canceled or Rescheduled Events
If NorCal Takedown cancels an event, registrants may be offered:
A full refund, or
Credit toward a future event
If an event is rescheduled, refunds are not guaranteed but may be considered upon request.
